2) Complete Checkout
Once the product is added to your cart, finish your reservation online. This locks your spot for Christmas. You’ll get a confirmation email with packing instructions and drop-off/ship-to details.
3) Drop it Off or Ship it to Us
Bring your prepared bags to our Utah drop-offs — or place your labeled Ziplocs in a box/envelope and ship them to Orem (address below). We handle the rest. 🎁
📦 The Missionary Express Packing Method
- Place items inside clear Ziploc/space-saving bags. You may use multiple bags—just keep them transparent.
- Label every bag with missionary’s name & mission (or use our printable label).
- Include an item list (for gifts that are wrapped)—you may wrap items, but list what’s inside.
- Remove excess air to save space and weight.
- Add a note or photo on top—it’s the first thing they’ll see. ❤️

- Unidentified powders or items repackaged outside original sealed containers
- Glass bottles or candles
- Homemade baked goods (often arrive crushed/spoiled)
- Perishables: fresh fruit/veggies, dairy, meat
- Medicine/vitamins (unless pre-approved and clearly labeled—ask us first)
- High-value electronics (e.g., iPhone, pro cameras, large speakers)

📬 Tracking & Notifications
Tracking activates once the shipment lands in the destination country (usually 3–5 days after departure; up to 1 week). We’ll email updates as your package moves toward the mission office.
