Premade & Custom Packages

Packages sent from our premade options or from the products on our website are fully refundable if the package does not arrive to the mission office or your missionary does not receive it by any reason.

To request the refund please send us an e-mail and we will verify the delivery of the package and process your refund. Once processed it will return to your original payment method within 5-7 days.

 

Packages from Home & Shipments

Packages sent from home in a monthly shipment are NOT fully refundable unless you opt for Insurance on the checkout. We can only refund the approximate value of the items inside your package if it is insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged we can offer a partial or a full refund to what you have paid to ship it.

All packages sent in a monthly shipment are subject to being retained in the Brazilians customs, if this is the case we will only fully refund if the items were insured. If insurance is declined, we will not be responsible for the package and its items, but only for what you have paid to ship your package.

Refunds do take 5-7 days to appear on your credit card statement.
