Shipping & Returns
If you decide not to ship a package after it was dropped off or shipped it to us, we can arrange for you to pick it up or we can ship the package back to you!
The shipping fee paid on the website is nonrefundable. We will refund the value paid for the pounds reserved.
Your package may take up to 15 business days to arrive at the mission office in Europe from the shipment date. Be aware that delays may take place and whenever possible we will let you know if there are any delays.
For a list of missions that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & mission office address.
Order status and tracking
All orders placed from monday to friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This will be different when you are sending a package from home, the tracking status will be updated only when the package arrives in our warehouse in Brazil.
