Present the physical or virtual voucher (mobile screen or printed) at the moment of your purchase at the internal counter, Drive-Thru, kiosks, and McCafé of the participating McDonald's restaurants (list of participating restaurants through the site https://cupons.mcdonalds.com.br/valemequi). After placing your order, the Gift Card can be used as a partial or total payment method. (you can add another payment method along with the Gift Card in store)
It is necessary to type a 4-digit password informed in the voucher received, to confirm the transaction at the restaurant. In the McDonald's application, inform the password in the corresponding field of the payment process.
*Not valid for the Self-Service Totems, Order and Pickup, Delivery, Delivery Club, and Delivery Partners systems.
This voucher is valid for 3 months for use after it is issued. After this period, the existing balance will be unavailable for use. Other McDonald's Gift Cards can be used for the same purchase.
If the purchase is for an amount less than the credit on the voucher, the balance will be available for use on new purchases considering the validity period of the card.
Credit cannot be recharged for this voucher.
The delivery period for the digital voucher is up to 7 days. (Though it normally takes 1 day to deliver the digital voucher, and 8 days for the physical gift card.
No balance transfer, installment, or exchange for cash will be allowed.
Protect and treat your voucher like cash, it is unique, personal, and non-transferable.
There will be no replacement in case of loss, theft, or expired balance.
